About Galaxy Listing Systems

Galaxy Listing Systems is a vertical-agnostic AI lead generation platform, delivered as a done-for-you managed service — not software you have to run yourself.

We were founded in Florida in November 2025 by James, a solo founder, to build AI-powered lead generation that works the way local businesses actually operate: fast, personal, and always answering the phone. We started with real estate — building and running the full system for a licensed Florida REALTOR as our pilot client, proving the model with a real business before selling it to anyone else. That work became three service tiers for real estate agents and brokerages: Launch, Ascent, and Nova.

In 2026 we extended the same approach to a second division, Galaxy Lead, built specifically for local contractors — roofers, plumbers, and HVAC companies — who lose real jobs every day to a phone that doesn't get answered fast enough.

Vertical-agnostic by design

Real estate was our proving ground. Galaxy Lead is the next chapter. The underlying platform — AI-driven response, managed content, and lead capture that never sleeps — is built to extend to more industries over time, not locked to one.
